This product has no customer service support, they say you can e-mail them & they will get to you in 1-2 days but they will never respond back.. I purchased all three products Singorama 2.0, Singorama Superior Songwriting,& Singorama Platinum Inner Circle..

"NO PRODUCT SUPPORT PROVIDED"

BEWARE!!! I purchased Singorama within the past year and downloaded part to my iPod; recently I went to download the rest and could not log in.

I have sent MULTIPLE (at least a dozen) requests for help but have received NO RESPONSE from Singorama. CAVEAT EMPTOR!
